Acceptable use

We are passionate about unlocking confidence at work for retail and hospitality. So much so, we’ve worked with some of the brightest minds in online user experience to build an industry-specific learning management system from scratch, and then used our 40 years of collected experience in beverage training to design and create a comprehensive content library of product and customer-experience training, fully accessible and ready-to-learn upon sign-up. Furthermore, we work with other great technology companies to provide integrated solutions that work, ensuring your experience with Small Batch Learning is second-to-none when it comes to digital training.
