This quarter, we’ve introduced a new revision feature to help keep product knowledge top of mind for learners – and drive stronger re-engagement for our brand partners over time.
Revisions is a lightweight but powerful way to maintain retail team confidence selling key products, track long-term learning behaviour and ensure brand content continues to perform, well beyond each learner’s first completion.
Twelve months after a learner completes a product lesson, the platform automatically prompts them to revisit it. The revision takes the form of a full re-take of the lesson and quiz, or the option to go straight to the quiz (if they already feel confident in their knowledge of that specific product).
Once completed, the revised lesson earns the learner a new badge (adding points to their learner score), and for brand clients is marked down as a revision engagement on their brand dashboard. This label appears alongside other learner interactions, making it easy to separate new user reach from retention behaviour.
Revisions are designed to benefit both learners and brand partners.
For learners:
For brand partners:
We’re continuing to refine the revisions experience. A future update will allow confident learners to skip the full lesson and go straight to the quiz (as long as they pass).
And to further support fair play across learner leaderboards, we’ll soon launch monthly learner scores alongside all-time rankings, so newer learners can achieve recognition on a more even footing.
