We love a client milestone, especially when it's this big!

We’re proud to announce that teams from Australian drinks retailer BWS have completed one million lessons on Small Batch Learning!

BWS has over 1,400 of its stores and over 8,000 of its team members set up on the platform, and to see them reach this fantastic figure is a huge moment for our partnership.

To celebrate the achievement, we’re recognising BWS’s most engaged stores and individual team members – those with the highest all-time learner scores on our leaderboards, according to BWS’s state groups. Drum roll please…

All-time highest scoring stores:

  • NSW/ACT: Taree
  • QLD: Paradise Point
  • VIC/TAS: Leongatha
  • WA/SA: Kingsley

All-time highest scoring individuals:

  • NSW/ACT: Matthew Clark (BWS Marrickville Metro)
  • QLD: Mark Wilson (BWS Ooralea)
  • VIC/TAS: Ashley Bognar (BWS Blackburn)
  • WA/SA: Kristinn Hermanniusson (BWS Roleystone)

Take a bow! (We’ll be sending you all a Small Batch Learning lapel pin as a thank-you.)

And for fun, we also want to give a shout-out to team member Julien Hodgson (BWS Stockland Wendouree & Blue Bell Hotel Drive) for being the user who completed the company’s actual millionth lesson – lapel pin coming your way too!

Here’s Sam Pont, learning & development coordinator at BWS: “I want to congratulate you all on such an amazing achievement. By taking on the challenge of expanding your product knowledge, not only have you learned so much, but you have shared that knowledge with our shoppers to deliver an amazing customer experience. To the Unboring dream team, cheers!”

Here’s to the next million!
