For managers, Small Batch Learning is specifically designed to handle the complex hierarchy of hospitality groups, meaning you can manage diverse teams through the platform with ease. Add, delete and transfer staff across outlets. Plus, users can be part of multiple outlets simultaneously, meaning managers can assign training plans, menus and specific announcements from multiple venues to one learner’s account, ensuring they have the knowledge to excel in all the outlets they work in.

All content is tested and tracked, with performance data captured according to individual, role (group of individuals), outlet or sub-outlet. Statistics can also be aggregated to be viewed across multiple outlet by the parent organisation. The resulting data is viewable by managers (with the appropriate permissions) through the platform in real-time, and can also be exported to PDF, and sent via scheduled email reports if required.
